Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, along with a valid proof of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including used products, personalized services, and grooming services, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Refund amounts may exclude applicable service charges.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be fully charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
